Pfefferneuse

In early December we made our first double batch of our traditional gluten free pfefferneuse. We only captured Juney on film helping to dip the cookies into the lemon icing. She did a great job and completely managed to cover her clean jammies with icing. Bruce found the icing part too icky (wanted gloves but we just didn't have any) but he helped us roll the entire batch into the tiny balls prior to baking.
