Long Distance Playmates

Our friend Ixchel & her mom came up for a visit from Mexico. Bruce & Juniper will really miss her now that they've left. One afternoon I gave them all white tshirts & fabric pens. They came out very cute. I was astounded at Bruce's running oratorie as he drew his (another positive result of Lee Cartwright's core energy therapy).

Ixchel didn't keep her's on long though. Guess it didn't match the tutu.

Bruce wore his shirt for about 3 days straight including to the Grower's Market (where we had playdates over the summer). Our friend Zaida was doing face painting. Bruce actually did his own face ... a robot he said. Huge sensory leap for him. He's never tolerated face painting before. He did wash it off once we got home though (after waiting for the photo op).

Took them all to the BioPark. They tried out the rockers. Ixchel graciously shared with Juniper.

I managed to get everyone to pose with the giant ant except Ixchel :) Don't know what happened there.
